All digital purchases made from K Ω Z are ineligible for refunds, returns, and/or exchanges. This includes—but is not limited to—eBooks, music streaming, bookings/consultations, services rendered, and failure of service cancellation.

All physical products may be exchanged or disputed for store credit. Due to current COVID-19 related health risks & concerns, all physical items are ineligible for returns or full refunds.

 

WHY NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS?

All digital products are ineligible for returns, refunds, and/or exchanges due to prospective compromisation of creative intelligence. All digital products may be saved to computers, smartphones, iPads, Kindles, and all other media storing and accessing devices once purchased. Therefore, there is no lawful way in which to vouch for return or exchange of any downloadable product that may be copied and redistributed by any given customer.
